My upcoming Senior Expo



2024 Exhibitor Guidelines:


• Set up will be the day of starting at 8:30 a.m.
• All booths should be ready at 10 a.m., with doors opening PROMPTLY at 10:30 a.m.
• Exhibitors are asked to provide a door prize. The door prizes will be collected and placed on a shared table. Tickets for the door prizes will be handled during vendor registration, a brief description of the item will be requested. 

• Inside tables will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. We will ask vendors to set up outside if we are too full inside. Please provide your own pop-up tent to help seniors shade from the sun, or possible weather conditions. 

• All for-profit businesses will need to provide a sponsorship level. 
• Checks will need to be made directly to companies for food/additional supplies. Once selected, vendors will be contacted related to sponsorships.

• GOLD-Special acknowledgement with logo throughout the venue, first choice at table/set up location, listed in directory
• SILVER-acknowledgement throughout venue, listed in directory
• BRONZE- listed inside the directory

• We ask each vendor provide their own table. Spots are designed to be 8’ long. We will provide chairs. Please indicate the total number of chairs needed during the vendor registration.
